• booking confirmations and receipts;
• updates on the status of your reservation, such as driver assigned, on the way, arrived, completed, or cancelled;
• practical information relating to your pickup, drop-off, flight, or schedule;
• customer support messages and notices related to the performance of your service;
• invitations to rate your experience or share feedback after your journey.

These messages are an essential part of the service you request. Where applicable law requires separate consent for promotional or marketing communications, we will request it independently. 5. Payments
