Driver did not arrive and i was given mis leading information from the operators office. version 1 - driver was at the airport with a sign stating my name . version 2 - i was told to wait at a certain location within the airport and the driver would come to me version 3 - driver was on route and was 6 minutes away version 4 - i was told to wait at a certain location outside the arrivals termina and the driver will come to me version 5 - driver had already left as he had arrived at the airport at 11.pm , waited the 45 minutes and left , my flight was as per my booking was landing at 10 minutes past midnight and the booking also had my flight number . final conversation with their office , they will not send another driver , get yourself a taxi. The driver was not at the waiting hall, as booking informed me, but waiting outside at the parking lot, so we had to search for him. Finally we met and the ride was great. Reasons: I wasn't picked up at the agreed location
