We received notification of that the driver was there at 21.33 but he did not pick us up until nearly an hour later. He kept texting to apologise but it meant we were very late arriving at our property. Because of this we would not use again. Reasons: The driver was late
Flight was delayed from London and driver should have checked to see the revised arrival time. He wasn't there when I arrived. Had to call the office and was told the driver was in his way. He arrived over 45 minutes late after his colleague came and told me he was coming in 5 minutes which he never did. Really bad experience with the service and lack of communication. Don't think this was the first time for a plane and that they didn't know how to organise and ensure customer is picked up on arrival.
