We used them for three separate taxi rides while in Barcelona. They were spot on each time. They met us at the airport with a sign so we didn't have to worry about trying to find them. Price was the best I could find when I used the discount code. We were traveling when I made the reservations and I used their chat feature to set it up. Worked like a charm each time! I used one of these taxi service when I prebooked through Ryanair, to get us a family of 5 plus luggages from and to Valencia Airport.We were greeted with a placard and name and once I confirmed ID, off we go.They were very professional throughout, the 7 seater vehicle had nice access foot platform and cool aircon as it was 35 degrees outside.Their online communication was good as they had their own messenger service and as a Deaf person this was a godsend for me.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.read more

This was our first time using taxis 2 Spain. We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 small children. I would highly recommend them. Our experience was very good. The driver was very nice and professional. Greeted us at the airport with our name board which was easy for us to find where he was located. He helped carry our bags to the taxi. Was very welcoming for the children. Would definitely use these again. In fact we have our return journey booked with them. They also provided all the correct car seats already installed in the taxi. Which I was a bit worried about prior to our arrival. The online chat service is very good and prompt with sending our confirmation through via email. Thank you.read more

I booked a taxi to my hotel in Alicante for peace of mind as a solo traveller. My journey was delayed by over an hour and I realised en-route that not only had I not given the complete flight number but also that I had put the UK landing time not the local landing time (having taken the details from my calendar). I was sure no one would be there to greet me but they were and my journey to the hotel was quick and stress-free. The return journey was just as efficient.I have read reviews that have complained about the pre-paid journey ending up costing more than the metered fare. I took this to mean that a tip was built into the journey and therefore no further cash was required.Very happy to recommend.read more

Highly recommend. Driver waiting at airport on arrival and collected us for return journey promptly. He was very polite and friendly even with language barrier. Only downside was the charges for the motorway tolls which we assumed would be included as is the case when we have hired a taxi off rank at airport previously so this added another 18 euros to cost.read more
